Our goal is to supply quality products and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The commitment of each member of our staff to quality, is essential to the realisation of this goal.

Quality requirements are defined by our Customers. There is a clear need, therefore, to accurately establish the client's requirements, and to respond rapidly and effectively to meet them. We achieve this by determining key quality and technical product characteristics in conjunction with our customers. These characteristics are documented in a manner that provides our suppliers with the necessary information to produce products on a "right first time" basis.

Maxim has a dedicated team of Quality Engineers at their disposal in China. It is their task to ensure that our customer’s requirements are communicated effectively to our suppliers. The role of the Engineers includes in-process monitoring of quality characteristics and final verification before dispatch of goods to the UK. Thus ensuring that quality products are delivered.

Additional verification procedures are employed in the UK by trained personnel using state of the art equipment.

Maxim Industries operate a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2008 and is approved to this standard by a recognised assessment body.
